By submitting this on-line form, you authorize Ernst Appraisal Group, Inc. to perform the requested service. If you have placed this order on a billing basis, you accept full responsibility for payment of any and all appraisal and/or legal fees associated with this service.  Once an appraisal is delivered, the assignment is considered completed. Payment is due within 30 days of delivery. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all accounts more than thirty (30) days past due. A $50.00 rebilling fee is also added to all past due accounts.
